Even when things are going wrong God is in control 
He strengthened himself in the Lord 

He didn’t rely on fluctuating human 

approval 

Seek the mind of God and stop seeking the mind of people or people’s opinions 

He didn’t let his emotions rule his life 
He pursued what God had given him
