What’s for dinner 

Served something quick and very easy to prepare 

Barbecue wings… the cook in the bag is my little secret when coming to this one 

Basmati rice, starch for husband, I try limit for myself on this one 

Green salad, added lots of onions today to help clear our sinusitis 

Fresh mixed veggies

Some orange juice to boost our immune, we caught a bad virus over the weekend 

Finally some salsa for husband ✅✅✅✅✅
